Southwestern Regional Sales Manager (RSM): Just Filled!
Develop the southwestern sales region of the US (CA, NV, AZ, NM, UT, CO, KS, OK & TX), effectively communicating our AEtrium System product message to potential customers while simultaneously communicating our customers’ needs and requirements back to our team. Responsible for meeting yearly sales forecast, staying within pre-established expense budget, and establishing and making necessary changes to channel partners. Be aware of competitors’ product/market changes, as well as actively assist both Marketing and Sales in refocusing AEssenseGrows products so as to allow for the most efficient use of Marketing/Sales budgets.

IMPACT OF THIS POSITION
This position directly affects sales volume through direct sales, researching the market, continuously monitoring competitor products and strategies, and refocusing AEssense products as needed.
